Gym Changing Room Ventilation - Heat Recovery Install

Customers required a heat recovery unit to help bring in fresh air and expel dirty air for a gym changing room. The heat recovery unit was mounted above the ceiling with ductwork hung from 40x40 channel and rods, fixed to the wooden roof. Both the supply and extract ducting neatly enter each area, and a grille is mounted in the room below.

ACRC were called to site to investigate why a large canteen/break area had become cold, even when the demand for heating was there. Gauges were connected and showed signs of a refrigerant leak somewhere on the system. The system was isolated and all the refrigerant was recovered and weighed into a reclaim bottle.
