Following a free site survey, we provided the client with a competitive quotation and selected a high-efficiency Midea cassette-type air conditioning unit. This unit was chosen specifically for its even air distribution, rapid heating and cooling capabilities, and innovative breezeless function, ensuring students and teachers remain comfortable without feeling cold draughts.
Key Installation Highlights:

Neat & Secure Mounting: The internal unit was hung using heavy-duty channels, rods, and bolts, with pipework cleanly clipped above the ceiling and down external walls using cable tray.

Roof-Mounted Condenser: The outdoor condenser unit was positioned discreetly on a nearby flat roof, secured on purpose-made rubber support feet to protect the roof surface and isolate vibrations to the rooms below.

Smart Controls: Midea systems feature built-in smart controls, allowing staff to adjust room temperatures remotely before class begins and set automatic shut-off schedules after hours to eliminate wasted energy.

Full Commissioning: Upon completion, the system was fully tested, running data was handed over, and on-site staff were fully trained on system operation.
