Air Conditioning not heating

ACRC were called to site to investigate why a large canteen/break area had become cold, even when the demand for heating was there. Gauges were connected and showed signs of a refrigerant leak somewhere on the system. The system was isolated and all the refrigerant was recovered and weighed into a reclaim bottle. We now know for certain that there is a large refrigerant leak due to the amount of gas recovered. Nitrogen was put into the system and each joint was checked with leak detection spray. We found a series of leaks inside the BC control box. Video evidence of the leak was taken and all nitrogen was evacuated from the system to get the BC box replaced or repaired.
