Methodical Fault Finding & Refrigerant Recovery
Our engineers connected pressure gauges to the VRV system, which immediately indicated signs of a refrigerant leak. Following strict F-Gas compliance, the system was safely isolated. All remaining refrigerant was carefully recovered and weighed into a reclaim cylinder. By comparing the recovered amount to the system's required charge, we confirmed there was a substantial leak.

Nitrogen Pressure Testing & Leak Detection
To pinpoint the exact location of the failure, we pressurized the system with oxygen-free nitrogen (OFN). Every joint was then meticulously checked using specialist leak detection spray. Our thorough investigation revealed a series of leaks located inside the BC (Branch Controller) box.

Evidence-Based Commercial Repairs
We recorded clear video evidence of the bubbling leaks to provide full transparency to the client. The nitrogen was then safely evacuated from the system, preparing it for the necessary repair or replacement of the BC box.
