• I felt compelled to write a review after what can only be described as first class services from Trevor and the team at ACRC air conditioning. Having recently converted my loft into a home cinema it became painfully apparent that the space was just too hot and really needed some ac. I was recommended ACRC by a friend and within a few hours of my initial phone call one of the engineers was round to have a look, measure up and offer advice as to what install would be best. Over the following week I was in contact with Trevor who was super helpful and after several conversations a price was agreed and the install booked. On the day of the install the two engineers arrived on time and I felt instantly comfortable with both of them. It can always be a bit daunting when you're having people carrying out work in your home but both Johns were a pleasure to deal with. This particular job wasn’t as straight forward as most installs but the finished result was fantastic and the quality of the workmanship was just brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and my loft and outdoor garden were left spotless after the install was finished. The ac unit itself is fantastic and has transformed the quality of my home cinema. I’m a retail manager and I pride myself in mine and my staff's customer service so when I’m on the receiving end of fantastic customer service myself I feel the experience should be shared. If you're in the market for air conditioning I couldn’t recommend Trevor and his team at ACRC highly enough.
