ACRC LTD recently attended a retail shop in Loughborough following reports of drastically reduced airflow coming from their cassette air conditioning unit. Complete Strip-Down & Anti-Bacterial Clean
To fully resolve the issue, our engineers safely isolated and dismantled the cassette unit. We removed the drip tray, fan blade, and motor to completely expose the internal coil. The coil was meticulously brushed free of accumulated debris and flushed multiple times with a specialist anti-bacterial disinfectant. The condensate tray was also thoroughly cleaned and treated to prevent future build-up.

Testing & Deodorising for Fresh Air
Once the condensate tray was securely reinstalled, the internal coil was flushed again to rigorously test the internal condensate pumps. Finally, the filters were cleared and treated with both a disinfectant and a commercial deodoriser to eliminate any lingering smells and ensure fresh, hygienic air for the shop's customers.
