Extract fan clean

A gym in Leicester city centre contacted us regarding their extract fan in the changing rooms being poor. Once are engineers arrived on site, we found the extract fan blades and guard to be extremely blocked on the roof, causing the airflow to be non-existent. The fan was isolated, and the covers were removed, and the blades were brushed down repeatedly until clear. We then sprayed and disinfected the blades and cleaned the housing around the fan. The fan was installed again, and the power was turned back on. The air flow through the extract fan was now significantly better. No more condensation building up in the changing rooms causing damp and the changing room smelled fresher too.
