To begin, our commercial engineers carried out a comprehensive site survey to calculate the exact KW cooling duty required to keep the chocolate at the perfect consistency. Based on these strict calculations, we designed a bespoke system utilizing twin-split, 4-way blow cassette air conditioning units.

Utilizing a "twin split" configuration means two indoor cassettes can run efficiently off a single outdoor condenser, preserving valuable space on the factory's external walls.
Precision Steel Beam Mounting
As you can see in the project photos, the indoor cassette units were securely mounted directly off the overhead steel beams using specialist channel brackets. The copper pipework was neatly supported on rod hangers and safely routed to the outside wall. The outdoor condenser units were mounted on heavy-duty cantilever arms to keep the pedestrian walkways completely clear. Because outdoor units produce condensation during the heating cycle, dedicated drainage lines were also installed.
