ACRC LTD has carried out another Air Conditioning Installation in Wigston Leicester. Firstly, a site survey was carried out to work out the KW duty of each unit and the number of units required to cool
down their chocolate factory production line. We chose twin split 4-way blow cassette type Air Conditioning units due to their fantastic air flow coverage and ability to position the cassette ac without a false ceiling or with. As you can see in the photos the Mitsubishi Heavy cassette type A/C units were mounted off the steel beam above using channel and special channel brackets. The copper pipework was then neatly hung on rod hangers and taken to the outside wall. The outdoor condenser units were hung on the wall using cantilever arms, keeping the walkway clear below. The outdoor units produce condensation when the indoor units are in heating, so a drain was put in and connected to each outdoor unit. The customer now has full temperature control in the factory and can keep the chocolate cool.
