Our service engineer attended site to carry out the maintenance of all A/C units located at a Quarry. With the working environment around the outdoor condensers being very dusty and dirty, the units can eventually get a blocked condensing coil. With a routine maintenance plan set up and the right equipment, keeping the units running like new is not a problem.

Out service engineers carry portable jet washes in their vans for moments just like this. Here you can see the front fan guard and blade has been removed, allowing full access to the rear coil. The coil dirt was blasted from this direction to stop the dirt/debris from coming back into the unit. Once the coil was flushed out and clear from debris the unit housing was sprayed and wiped down too. Air flow has now significantly improved through the outdoor coil.
