
RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Whilst we are facing these challenging times, ACRC LTD is committed to protecting the wellbeing and health and safety of all of our employees, business partners, and customers.
Like all businesses, we are closely monitoring the developing situation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and we wanted to give you an update on the actions we are taking in response and to reassure you of the steps we are taking to minimize any potential impact on our services to you.
We are trying to ensure business as usual where possible and for now, our operating hours will remain unchanged during this period.
We are working hard to provide important air conditioning maintenance, service, installation, advice, support, and assistance that our customers expect without any impact on the 5-star service they are used to.
However, should the need arise, ACRC LTD fully embraces flexible and remote working and can operate remotely and should you need to speak to a member of staff, the telephone numbers you already use will be directed to staff in remote locations and service will not be disrupted. We continuously test this as part of our business continuity planning.
The ongoing situation may lead to some operational issues due to the continuing Government advice being given daily and the additional measures being taken by delivery companies.
We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide to our customers and hope that by informing you of the situation now, we will help you to manage any unforeseen delays which are out of our control. In the case that our supply chain is impacted, we will endeavor to minimize disruption and are well placed to manage this and offer alternative supply through our network.
To minimize the risk of infection as far as possible, we have been following all guidelines issued by Public Health England on hygiene and personal precautions and are regularly updating all employees. This includes guidance on travel restrictions, what to do for people returning from a risk area or if someone is developing symptoms similar to COVID-19.
We will continue to keep you informed of the actions we’re taking in the current situation.
Throughout the challenges of the forthcoming weeks and months, everyone at ACRC will continue to work as hard as we possibly can to keep progressing, keep innovating and return to the office even stronger.
